About the Job
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to handle day-to-day customer interactions and administrative support. This role is focused on communication, organization, and customer care.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play an important role in keeping the shop running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  •  Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
  •  Schedule and confirm appointments.
  •  Check customers in and out of the shop.
  •  Provide status updates on vehicles (as directed by service advisor/technicians).
  •  Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout their visit.
  •  Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
  •  Assist with invoicing and basic administrative tasks.
  •  Follow up with customers for appointment reminders and general check-ins.
  •  Keep the front office clean, organized, and presentable.

  •  Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
  •  Previous customer service experience preferred.
  •  Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required.
